Introduction
It is suitable for shredding tough materials such as plastics, rubber, fibers, paper, wood, electronic components, and cables, as well as solid waste like sprues, rubber lumps, PET bottles, cardboard, circuit boards, wood, and plastic barrels. Users can select different models according to material size and output requirements.
For especially hard materials, such as nylon, ABS, PC, and other high-strength engineering plastics, customers should specify requirements in advance. The equipment is controlled by a Siemens PLC system, enabling automatic forward and reverse operation.
Working Principle
Materials enter the shredding chamber through the feeding system. Inside the chamber, rotary blades mounted on the shaft perform shredding. The hydraulic pusher presses the material against the blades, where it is torn, squeezed, and sheared into smaller pieces. The shredded material is then discharged through the screen holes.
