This production line adopts advanced European design and technology. It is mainly used for crushing, washing, and recycling waste HDPE/LDPE/PP films and woven bags. The complete system includes material conveying, metal detection, wet or dry crushing, floating washing, high-speed friction washing, centrifugal dewatering, drying, and material collection & packaging. It effectively solves the challenges of difficult film cleaning and dewatering. The recycled materials can be widely applied in film blowing, injection molding, extrusion, and pelletizing processes.

Our company has specially developed a film shredder designed for thin plastic films. It ensures efficient shredding, increases throughput, and produces smaller-sized flakes that are easier to clean in subsequent processes—resulting in higher productivity and reduced labor and energy consumption.
In addition, the line can be equipped with:
- Film baler and bale cutter for compacted film blocks.
- Rotary drum screening system to separate mud, sand, and stones from films, protecting downstream crusher blades from damage
- Film squeezing dryer, our latest product, designed to extract internal moisture from films, improving drying efficiency and eliminating the need for traditional electric heating systems—greatly reducing power consumption
The entire recycling solution can be customized according to the cleanliness of raw materials and the required quality of final products. We also provide integrated auxiliary equipment such as sorting conveyors, metal separators, and closed-loop water treatment systems.
