Structure & Working Principle
The machine consists of a cutting blade, frame, hydraulic cylinder, base, auxiliary worktable, hydraulic system, and electrical system. A nylon pad is mounted on the base under the cutting blade to protect its edge.
During operation, the operator places the material under the cutting blade and presses the start button. The cutting blade is then driven downward by the piston rod along the guide rails on the frame, cutting through the material. The frame is equipped with upper and lower limit switches, which control the reversing valve to change the movement direction of the blade, while also protecting the cylinder end cover.
