PET, PC bottle crusher

The PET/PC bottle recycling and washing line is independently developed and manufactured by our company, based on advanced international recycling technology and adapted to domestic operating conditions.

Purpose and Significance

This system includes processes such as bale opening, sorting, metal separation, crushing, floating washing, hot washing, friction washing, rinsing, dehydration and drying, label removal, paper/impurity separation, and packaging. The high-quality PET flakes produced can be used in recycled polyester fiber spinning, re-pelletizing, injection molding, extrusion, and other downstream applications.
The production line features well-matched process design, high automation, low investment cost, easy operation and maintenance, and has been successfully exported worldwide with excellent customer feedback. We also provide customized turnkey solutions, including bale openers, metal separators, sorting conveyors, bottle label removers, and water circulation treatment systems.

Main Technical Parameters

  1. Automatic Bale Opening: Mechanically unpacks and disperses bottle bales.
  2. Manual Sorting Platform: Removes non-PET bottles, label scraps, metals, and other impurities to ensure only qualified bottles enter the next stage.
  3. Specialized Crusher for PET Bottles: Designed for smooth feeding, stable output, low energy consumption, low vibration and noise, strong structure, low maintenance cost, and long service life. The crusher adopts wet crushing, which improves cleaning efficiency with water impact, reduces frictional heat through water cooling, minimizes PET dust, and extends blade lifespan.
  4. Washing Processes: Floating wash, hot wash, friction wash, and rinsing ensure deep purification of PET/PC flakes. These rely on mechanical, chemical, and thermal forces to remove labels, caps, adhesives, residues, and other contaminants.
  5. Dewatering, Label Blowing, and Drying: Dehydrates flakes and removes labels. After dewatering, moisture content can be reduced to below 1%, ensuring flakes meet downstream processing requirements.
